Thanks for taking a minute to review my bio. We all go through challenges in life but sometimes they just become too much and professional help is required. My goal is to provide you with a safe, non judgemental environment to help you sort through these challenges.

My approach to counselling is to respect and value the uniqueness of every individual and where they are. I work to support them using creativity, with warmth, understanding and at times, a touch of humour when appropriate.

If you're having a difficult time, I am passionate about helping you cope better and feel happier! Working together we become a team, of sorts, to determine a deeper understanding of your situation and create helpful solutions

Sometimes life is difficult. We are unable to overcome the issues that are plaguing our life. While some may be able to address similar issues, they don't have the same past experiences that are holding them in a negative place.

Everybody needs some extra support at times to work through the challenges & chaos that we find ourselves experiencing. I provide sessions by video and phone, and offer online booking as well as free initial 15-minute consultations. I'm currently accepting new clients.
